Our Council Rock Math Specialists are feeling inspired!
They recently attended a Building Thinking Classrooms workshop with renowned math educator Dr. Peter Liljedahl. Through hands-on tasks, vertical non‑permanent surfaces, and collaborative routines, the team explored powerful strategies to boost student thinking and engagement in math.
Meeting Dr. Liljedahl in person made the experience even more meaningful, and our specialists are excited to bring these innovative practices back to Council Rock classrooms to support rigorous math learning for all students.
From earning state-level honors to mastering their very first xylophone notes, Council Rock Students continue to impress with their passion for music. No matter the stage or the skill level, they are always finding ways to make our district sound the best.
