 Laurie Halse Anderson visits RMS

Thank you for a wonderful day! Laurie Halse Anderson spoke of her obstacles as a learner, shared fun facts and gossip from history and made us laugh. We are so excited to read her new book, Ashes. Made possible by the generous Kathy Morrison of Newtown Bookshop in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Please stop by, follow on Twitter, & check out their website!

Two meetings are planned for the year. Prior to each meeting date, members of the Book Club will read the assigned title. On Book Club night, we will congregate together in the library at 7 pm for refreshments. Then, we will meet in small groups to discuss the reading. By the end of the night, readers will achieve a greater appreciation for the book—and one another! You will be surprised how much you and your child can learn about each another by participating in this experience.

Meetings will be held in the Richboro Middle School Library from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. You need not commit to both dates to join the group.
