L.I.N.C.S. Forms MUST have pre-approval status through a not-for-profit agency/organization and MUST be submitted each year.
SENIORS: The deadline to submit your LINCS paperwork for transcript notation was May 1, 2013. No forms will be accepted after this deadline. Any student who has accrued and turned in the appropriate forms for 60 or more volunteer hours will receive a community service seal on his/her diploma., transcript credit, and graduation program recognition.
The deadline for ninth, tenth and eleventh graders to turn in LINCS paperwork is May 15, 2013. You must have your forms turned in by this day in order to receive transcript credit for this school year. As a reminder, all hours must be submitted during the school year they are completed. Volunteer hours done after May 16th will be reflected on next year’s transcript.
