The Departmen of Information Technology at Council Rock School District consists of professionals dedicated to the technology systems and processes necessary to support the education of the District's students. There are currently 5,333 computers deployed throughout the District, consisting of both desktop and laptop computers. There are approximately 112 file servers; 234 wireless access points; over 200 ethernet switches; and well over 200 printers and copiers. A fiber network, operating at 1 GB, connects all the buidlings. We provide 100 MB to the desktop. There is a staff of 12 full-time employees supporting close to 14,000 users.
