Our broad-based teaching goals will focus on not only “what” to learn, but also “how” to learn. In addition, our aim is to:
1. present you with responsibilities and challenges consistent with your abilities.
2. give you the chance to use previously acquired skills to build further learning.
3. relate the content of courses to your interests, aspirations, and values.
4. provide you with the opportunity to grow intellectually, personally, and socially.
“Synergy” is defined as a state in which two or more individuals work together in a positive way that produces an effect greater than the sum of their individual efforts. Expressed also as “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”
