CR High School South

Over the past few years, the counseling department has invited 9th grade parents in during the school year in order to open up communication between home and school. Since the counselor stays with the student throughout high school it has been very beneficial to improve relationships, clarify student and parent goals, discuss post-secondary options, and complete a four-year planning chart so students and parents are familiar with how the student will meet graduation requirements, the sequences of their courses, and when elective courses can be chosen.
