	Please be aware that a new application must be submitted at the beginning of each school year in order to determine eligibility for free or reduced lunches. Return the attached form to your school nurse or send directly to Council Rock School District, Pupil Services, 30 N. Chancellor St., Newtown, PA 18940. Children who qualified for free or reduced lunches during the last school year will continue to receive lunch until October 13, 2011. After this date they will be required to pay full price for lunch unless a new application for this school year has been submitted and approved. For any questions on the Free and Reduced lunch program, please call Pupil Services at 215-944-1068 .
